Yo Dreamers!
I get that talking about books on an art storefront might be odd. Remember my vision for this site originally was to be a space for myself to market my artistic endeavours - the addition of Pat and Ramey had been an afterthought.
Though when I was live as Mikodite the other night an artist popped in and said hello. Friendly individual, wasn't trying to sell me anything, told me about the web comic they wanted to make. Wonder if they would be interested?
I need to sell what I have first.
Still, I got an editor, and she is looking over the manuscript now. The hope, of course, is once that is done, to get a cover jacket and put it on print on demand. Debating whether I'm going to go with Amazon, or someone else.
I've thought about Kickstarter. Problem, of course, is unless you are already established its a waste of time: no one wants to take a risk of backing a project by an unknown, unproven, person. What if I just take the money and run? What if I am unable or incapable of delivering the deliverable? What if the deliverable is crap?
I make dreams. Dreams take many shapes.
