Hello Dreamers,
Anyone interested in Whispers of the Abyss, mark this on your calendar! On the Eve of the Indiegogo Campaign, there will be an online pre-launch party!
The gathering will be on September 1st starting at 7pm EST. The fund-raising campaign, and the pre-order system, will begin on the 2nd right at Midnight EST. I am doing this so everyone has an opportunity to get a signed copy, and not just those within the GTA.
That and WOA's production was a little more expensive than anticipated. Selfish maybe, but hey, a girl's gotta eat!
There will be an online launch party right when the book goes live on Amazon, as well as an in-person event with TDotSpec TBA.
Whispers of the Abyss should be coming out of professional editing soon. Expect more samples to come!
In other news, I've started the sequel to Champion of Seasons. Quantum Songstress is on hold for the time being. Establishing a series is important at this point.
There are also plans in the works for Whisper's sequel and for the start of a more adult dark fantasy series.
I've also done a spot of coding. What I made was a virtual tip jar for Twitch tied to the cheer/bit system. Whenever someone cheers bits an animation of a gem falling displays on stream. A Twitch bit is about $ 0.01 CAD so encouraging the use of bits does help.
