Before I get into the end-of-month WIP update, behold this gem I found on Facebook.

"Yeah? Well, you can micro-deez nuts down your throat!" Stupid bot. Searching for any and all mentions of 'shrooms' and assuming they're all about drugs.

Literature

Whispers of the Abyss

Beta read phase is complete. As expected, the manuscript, in its current state, needs a lot of work before I even think of publishing. I have begun the next phase of editing, where I take the advice of the beta readers to heart before looking for an editor. Many decisions, like should stay as gross as it is, to if I need to add more words. Still, hoping to have that done in a month.

Quantum Songstress

The rough draft is complete. The initial round of edits can begin. The story did take a life of its own and I think the plot is in a good place. Still, grammar and spelling needs to be checked, and read to make sure things are consistent and make sense.

Next Drafts

In May I plan to do a little bit of pleasure writing before jumping into the sequel of Champion of Seasons. This one would involve insanity plaguing the land, and a young priestess of the highgod being made to go on a journey to restore sanity.

As for the pleasure piece? It may be published one day - likely in an antho describing lore for another, larger, story.

Dragon Tours

Partway through editing the footage. I'm just making sure the subtitles are correctly placed and the words are spelt right. I've done this for Dinrael and Naydra, and partway through Farosh. I expect some difficulty with the Light Dragon and the Demon Dragon (apologies for spoilers) as the Light Dragon's flight path is about 2 hours, and there is a lot of jump-cutting with the Demon Dragon as I stitched together footage from two separate sessions.

Super Mario RPG

Should finish that within the week. I am in the castle. Not much longer.

Super Mario Maker 2

Always. Still at that point where people watch me for the game and not for me. Maybe that will change, maybe that won't I dunno.

Art

Of course, there is other art I need to do. Symbology for Whispers of the Abyss needs to be made. I also have a few compositions in mind, like one for Troll Castle King Jason involving a Cheap Cheap and a certain troll-oni that I can't mention due to spoilers. Sprites for Prove Yourself still need to be made.

Map Editor

It is near completion. Just need to make sure that it fills and places as I need, can switch between layers effortlessly, and can save the file in a way that the game can later load up.

The rough outline is ready. The series will start soon. As they are informative articles and not creative writing it is going to be approached differently.
